SK-828 SPOT CHECK KIT SPRAY is a non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection system designed to detect surface-breaking defects that are not visible to the naked eye. The kit typically consists of a cleaner, penetrant, and developer spray, working together to reveal cracks, pinholes, porosity, laps, and other surface flaws on metal and non-metal materials.
The cleaner removes oil, grease, and contaminants to prepare the surface for inspection. The penetrant penetrates into fine cracks and defects, while the developer draws out the penetrant to create clear, visible indications of damage. Spot Check Kit Spray is widely used for inspection of welds, castings, forgings, pipes, tanks, joints, and critical components in industrial, automotive, construction, and maintenance applications.
